Chef Collin is a passionate plant based Chef with over 27 years of Culinary experience in some of the world’s best hotels and restaurants. As a youngster who grew up in a small farming town in Canada, learning the discipline of sustainable living and organic farming. This childhood fueled a desire in Chef Collin to learn how to cook at a higher level, and experience food as an art.
Through his culinary journey, Chef Collin was able to learn from top Chefs and educators across the globe allowing him to hone his craft which ultimately led him to Executive Chef positions and his own successful Culinary ventures.
In 2019, Chef Collin closed his Businesses and set out on a new path using Food as Medicine and creating a methodology to help the western society change the narrative on food.
Enrolling in Plant based nutrition courses, and relearning to cook without dairy, refined sugar and gluten, Chef Collin set out to create a platform to educate functional foods that allow for intentional cooking.
Over the last 3 years Chef Collin has helped hundreds of individuals balance their energy, prevent disease, dismiss inflammation and permanently enforce an intimate food relationship.
Today, Chef Collin is dedicated to mother nature and using her bounty to teach others the importance of a balanced microbiome, balanced mind and balanced energy to create longevity and better quality living.
