Join us for a nourishing farm to table buffet accompanied by a lecture from our regenerative agriculture specialist, Moti Scotti! Drop in for food and lecture for $35 or volunteer at our ChoZen Farm Volunteer Day from 9am – 12pm before our lunch and learn for a complimentary meal!

Within any organization or home, establishing your waste streams into closed loop systems is foundational. We identify our waste streams to set up systems that direct them back to us as resources.

What was once waste management, becomes resource management, and that is our first step in design towards regeneration. Join us for this week’s “Lunch & Learn” as we will cover the basics of regenerative design, and what systems we will be implementing to create living soil, fertilizers, and bio-stimulants.
